Welcome!

Located just 2 minutes east of downtown Dexter, Michigan, we’re an independent shop so we do the independent thing and create our own coffee rather than resell somebody else’s stuff. We buy the beans green and then roast and blend them right in the shop. Whether it’s a light, medium, or dark roast, we brew it strong, chock full of flavor. Puts hair in places you didn’t even know you had places.

Hours
Mon-Fri we open early, like 6am early. Weekends we sleep in until 7ish.
We close at different times depending on activity but usually around 8pm. Holiday hours can vary so if you're curious, just dial 734-424-9630

50. LEELANAU CLASSIC: A bed of green lettuce topped with fresh strawberries, bannananas, dried cherries,  grape tomatoes, crumbled gorgonzola & sliced almonds. Served with lite raspberry vinaigrette.

52. FIESTA: Lettuce topped with grilled chicken breast, black bean & corn salsa, grape tomatoes, sliced black olives, red onion & shredded cheddar. Served with picante ranch.

54. ORIENTAL CHICKEN: Lettuce topped with grilled chicken breast, mandarin oranges, bell peppers, chow mein noodles, dry roasted peanuts & dried cherries. Served with fat-free toasted sesame dressing.

55. SAVORY CHICKEN: Lettuce topped with grilled chicken breast, grape tomatoes, shredded cheddar, red onion, cucumber & bacon bits. Served with ranch dressing.

56. CHICKEN CAESAR: Grilled chicken breast on a bed of lettuce topped with shredded parmesan &bacon bits.  Served with caesar dressing.

57. SALMON CAESAR (add $1.50): The same profile as out Chicken Caesar only with the Norwegian Smoked Salmon instead of diced chicken.

60. SPINACH CHICKEN SALAD (add $1.50): Baby spinach, grilled chicken breast, fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, dried cherries, sliced almonds, chow mein noodles. Served with fat-free toasted sesame dressing.

 

SIDE SALAD ($3.29): Lettuce topped with grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber & shredded cheddar. Served with your choice of dressing.

CEASAR SIDE ($3.29): Lettuce topped with bacon bits & shredded parmesan. Served with ceasar dressing.

 

DRESSING OPTIONS: Ranch, Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette, Fat Free Toasted Sesame, Picante Ranch & Ceasar.
